I feel as if it is quite difficult to come up with a new
technology because you feel as if there is so much out there already being
created. A new technology could possibly more life like and virtual games,
where your not only just playing the game but your in the game because of how
real and life like it is. A game that comes to life essentially. That is definitely something for the future, needing
much more advancements, but could be a possibility.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with your opinion, I didnt do this blogpost because I could think one possibility. There are many ideas about nonexistent new media.
This idea made me think of two different movies I've seen, and are actually very interesting and definitely pertain to this class. In the movie 'Her' with Scarlett Johanssen, the main character plays a game (a very brief part of the movie) where he is kind of submerged in it in a 3D way.
ReplyDeleteThe other movie this reminded me of was 'Gamer' with Gerard Butler. A very disturbing yet thought provoking movie where he is 'a participant in an online game in which participants can control human beings as players'.
I totally agree, it's only a matter of time that we have games that come to life. Take the Pokemon Go game that just game out. It's basically all of us catching Pokemon in real time. We're only going up from here.
