New Media's Effects in Real Estate
In my paper I will be addressing the major positive and negative
effects the Internet, apps, and other new media outlets has had on the real
estate industry. Client relations are more wide spread and many people use the
online websites to preview homes before even stepping foot into the house. Is
this good or bad? Is it making working in such industry harder, or easier? On
top of these questions I will also be including the social, economic, and
technological effects new media outlets have had. Real estate is a very
powerful industry that affects our economy, where we live, and where we choose
to live. With new media constantly evolving the business of this industry, it
has made social media the only way to get ahead as well as stand out.
